Fifty-six degrees.

This one was Shawn's idea. The Mercedes juxtaposed with the ally behind a couple of restaurants.

Displeased cat.

...we've wanted to get pictures of this cat for a while.

I... have attractive friends.

This is Milky Way.

He's my brother's cat. He has three legs and a single nostril.
We got him from a shelter. His previous owners dropped him off at a kennel when they were going on vacation. In short, he was abandoned; the family gave the kennel false information and he eventually went to a shelter. In a routine check-up before being put up for adoption, vets found a tumor in one of his back legs. Instead of euthanizing him like they typically do with animals in similar situations, they decided to just amputate the leg. Tiger liked him better than the other cats there and now he lives with us. He was born with one nostril. This is one of the coolest pictures we have of him.

Yesterday, it was sixty degrees outside.

It was a gorgeous day in Westfield. Sam, Frank and I went to a park. The ground was dry and the sun was bright and there was a nice little breeze. I wish it was like this every day.

Ska-Some 3/14 photographic highlights.

I took pictures at the Ska-Some Society show last night but was woefully disappointed with how about 90% of them came out. (The problem: I have no speedlight. The flash on the camera causes a shadow of the lens to show up in any fisheye pictures that used flash.) These are a couple of the ones that I liked. Ignore the little squiggly thing that affixed itself to my lens for some of them.

The rest of the photos from this show can be found here.
